Pure West - Recreational & Medical Marijuana Dispensary

Gummies me and a buddy bought were semi hardened and left a weird sticky texture through out my mouth. I've bought these exact gummies before from other dispensaries and it's never been an issue. But this time it tastes like straight weed and it feels like there's just distillate all over my mouth and it's low-key hurting my throat

I absolutely adore this store! Liz and John were so helpful! I really appreciate their wide variety, friendliness overall.

Visited the West Pure today. I absolutly love this place. There are 2 other Pure dispensaries between my house and the West location, but Jon and Liz are so amazing and always more me feel welcome and valued. So I drive further to see them. I hope management and the owners know that they have a couple of great assets in these 2 employees. If you don't you should now. This store with Jon and Liz are an example of great customer service. Keep up the great work Jon and Liz. You are appreciated.

I’ve been coming here for almost 5 years, used to love this place. Over the last year with the new people that’s been there lately, I’m starting to hate it. It feels like the customer service and experience could be improved DRAMATICALLY. The energy feels like they don’t want to be there. I called in today to see if they had a certain product they frequently keep running out of. Guy told me they had one last one. When I go there a few mins later and see about the medical product they tell me it’s on the rec side and I didn’t clarify which side I was buying from. Never had this problem any store I’ve been at and when I said it would’ve been nice if you guys could ask that, they argued with me. Even went as far and said that’s not there job to ask if you’re buying rec or med. WOW, customer service is like that at one of the coolest jobs in the world to have. THIS LOCATION SUCKS CURRENTLY! Worst part is I called the other location on Academy a few mins later after walking out, WAY BETTER ENERGY! I wish this location treated people like the Academy location does.

I was in today shopping for a variety of products this evening and walked out happy as always. The budtenders are always super friendly, informative, helpful, and never fail to give the best recommendations. Edibles never hit me and I mentioned that as we were talking about some of their product, and of course there was a fantastic recommendation about water soluble gummies that did in fact work better than I’ve ever had them work. This is my favorite dispo out of any of the ones I’ve been to (and I’ve been to a lot) All of the staff represent the location well. Prices are very fair in my opinion.
