Hightops Recreational & Medical Marijuana Dispensary - Powers

Honestly very unprofessional and rude dispensary. In all my years ive never had budtenders be rude but man Your goth girl whatever her name is was not very friendly...when asked about the 15% thats on the wall poster in the lobby nobody knew how the discount is supposed to be applied...Just an "i think" okay...cool no big deal I ask again because im confused because they didnt give a straight answer I ask if theres any deals on prerolls We start rattling off about deals on carts..I remind her im just looking for prerolls are there deals for prerolls and what she has? She just points at her shelf and lets me know thats what she has I really dont ever recall being to this dispensary so I let her know ive never been here and I dont know their inventory or prices She's rattling off prices and im honestly turned off at this point because whats going on? Was it wrong to expect a bud tender to explain to me their product and price like every other dispensary has done? You just point at cases and say well this is what I got for ya? Im not asking anymore at this point I just point out two products because she seemed extremely annoyed by my questions and I just called it quits.. Tell me why I walk up to pay but then the other budtender walks in front of me and the cashier goes to ring up the lady before me..okay thats fine I dont want to be rude so I move over and ask if theres somewhere specific I should stand to be out of the way? Ignored, handed my cash and nothing said to me...and obviously I left a but annoyed what type of interaction was that? Im confused on the entire process and extremely dissatisfied. I will never be back to this dispensary... I pretty much didnt get an explanation on any product, vague idea of prices and then was sorta treated as if I wasnt just a new customer? I told them when I was in there I will not be coming back because the customer service is seriously trash

Kaila and Van were so helpful. This was my first visit and they took wonderful care of me by explaining the products. Will definitely be back.

I love coming to this shop! They are all super nice. But Ash is my fave! He always takes care of a girl. Also they have a good supply and prices.

I had a great time! As an out of towner this place is super cool and at least I don't have to go to Maggie's Farm any more! Pretty standard process I built an order and had it ready for pickup. Good prices, good product, staff was personable and fun. My only complaint was the flower was mostly muted and a little dry. 5/5.
