***EDIT: I came back and they addressed the issues from the last experience I had and it was a great experience again. Their bud is great. High quality, great deals. Highly recommend. People have bad days, I get that. So… I’ve been here before and had a great experience. I came back hoping for a similar experience and within moments at check in, I knew it was a bad idea — the girl at the front, check-in is clearly over her job and interacting with customers all together. I walked out.
Best customer service I've ever experienced at a dispensary. Austin and Jazz went well above and beyond. I was a little short on change and they covered me out of their own tips. That's how you keep a customer forever not to mention they already have good prices and the products I want but that was the cherry on top. I'll make it up next time I come, this place is awesome I even told them it's okay but they insisted. May you both stay very blessed I will see you next time. Most friendly place I've been to.
I go to this store all the time and David and Jaz are great, but Austin is the most disrespectful person I have ever encountered in this store. I may have to go somewhere else due to this. I just asked for a different bud tender opinion and he got very upset.
