I’ve been going here for the last 2-3 years, the employees are awesome (I had Jake this weekend, he was super nice and the GM Daniel is great too), the vibe of the store is exactly what I want to see in a dispensary, and the pricing is reasonable. This is the only dispensary I shop at these days✌️ keep up the great work!

I have had many great experiences here, but the last one was only meh. I was looking for carts and the budtender was helpful, but ended up selling me an all-in-one with a battery which was not what I asked for. I was specifically looking at 2g carts and ended up with a 1g with a battery. Manager was accommodating to let me return and exchange, but wouldn't swap me out for the 2g I originally wanted even though it was cheaper than what I ended up purchasing? It was "too new and he would get in trouble". I know it is buyer beware and I appreciate the goodwill gesture to let me exchange when not required, but I kinda feel like I got tricked and now have something I didn't really want. Three stars as normally this is a good dispensary that I have gotten great products and service from previously.

I Now Live In Col. Springs And drive 1 hour and 3 mins 2-4 a month just to get the best staff and weed in the state These Are the Most loving & trained staff they really are like a 2nd family and after todays vist i not only got the meds i needed but due to the entire staff treatment i feel better about myself and who i am thank you all so much for always making my days better Love U All!!!!!

Didn't want to have to write a bad review but I'm pretty fed up. Used to be a really good shop, good deals, but now it's way overpriced and they are not true to weight. The flower isn't as good as it used to be and the THC levels seem to be exaggerated tremendously. I bought an oz and not only were they popcorn buds (which it did not say on the website), they didn't give me an Oz, more like half an oz. On top of that, they don't tell you you can't use your points on house specials and the website doesn't even tell you what's a house special and what's not. I had a unique situation because I live far now, and was going to this location when I lived closer and saved my points from then. I get there and they tell me I can't use my points. What a waste of a trip. And come to find out, their point system is bogus too, you get $10 for every 1000 points, but you don't accrue that many points from each purchase even when purchasing an oz so it's almost not worth it. Very disappointed in this last visit. I give it 2 stars only because the people working there are pretty awesome otherwise based on my last experience here alone is a 1 star.
