My man Ryan was AMAZING. He made sure I was w3lcomed in with the "ALOHA" spirit. He made sure I had everything before giving me my total, and helping me check out. He made sure to talk and communicate like an AMAZING customer service rep. I can't wait till see him again at this location. Mahalo bradfah Ryan.
This is beyond unreasonable, even with one budtender working. Never coming back to this location. Dija took over after working the front desk for 30 min, and she was great and quick, had 4 customers in and out, but the dude before her literally took about 15 min with each of his customers. Demote that dude lol.
Tavon, Is always professional and Friendly, He always me makes you feel welcome and happy to see me, his customer service skills and his knowledge of the Inventory and strains are outstanding. He is 1 of the main reasons why I'm a loyal customer. And the rest of the staff are very professional and courteous. Thank you for every thing you do.
