Green Dragon Weed Dispensary - South Aurora

I am a regular customer at this dispensary and spend a significant amount of money here. On 2/21, I came in to make a simple purchase and was helped by an employee named Aiden. That turned out to be a mistake. This guy has absolutely no business working in customer service. His attitude was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. When I raised a concern, instead of addressing it like an adult, he literally walked away from me at the register and had someone else take over. Unbelievable. What makes this worse is that three of his coworkers openly admitted his behavior is a problem and said they hate working with him. That says everything. When I asked how to file a complaint, I was told to “just leave a Google review.” So here it is. I spend hundreds of dollars at this business and expect basic respect and competence. If Aiden can’t handle interacting with customers, he should find a job where he doesn’t have to. This place can do better, and it should.

Always a great experience met with smiles and warm welcomes. Today was a bit better than that. Taona handled my online order. She was so sweet and paid attention to detail. Was very engaging, and had such a sweet smile and demeanor. Hope to be helped by her again in the future.

Out of every place I've ever spent money, this locations has been by far the worst experience to make a simple payment. Every time I make a purchase I get charged a processing fee which I kinda understand but then the system has to round up to the nearest $5 which is ridiculous. I've never had any other business prefrom this practice. I tried making the payment online to avoid this but when I tried to pay online it wanted me to add my banking information and I refused cause that's ridiculous!! I got frustrated trying to figure out how I can just enter card detail for payment but the system wouldn't let me so I went into the store to make the purchase. My total went from $42.72 to $55 for Processing fees and rounding up. Thats over $10 in addition charges.. I wanted to split my payment and they told me they couldn't do that so I wasted my time going in. I've never had a business, make it so hard to pay them for a product or service. Why can't making a purchase just be simple?!?
