Nice dispensary, buy ur bud n smoke it at their lounge upstairs, have infused drink n smoke n chill
The employees here are clueless, they made us wait more than an hour because the lounge was "being cleaned" because of a private event, kept telling us to wait 10 minutes, and treated us like we were invisible. After waiting over 1 hour, we never actually got into the lounge, nobody cared, such a disappointment because we were ready to spend.
Currently in town and came across this thc lounge after searching on ig. The customer service from Peter from the moment we entered until we were on the way out was exceptional and the sole reason I am giving 2 stars! HOWEVER, the establishment dropped the ball on service in the lounge. First, prior to ordering, we should have been made aware of the $4 card charge. Secondly, one of the two tables we were seated at was extremely wobbly and as a result, my mom’s HOT tea spilled on my right thigh as I was getting up to go to the ATM. I didn’t realize just how wobbly it was sitting down. It wasn’t until as I was getting up. Thankfully I had luggage in my rental and was able to change. Now there was an opportunity to recover from this as a server after getting us moved to the table across, had my server reached out to management to inform them of this. and requested my contact info so management could reach out, comped something or offered another drink but instead he disappeared once I returned from changing for the remainder of the visit which was a good 45 minutes if not longer and still did not come back nor check on us as we were leaving. He just looked over and we informed him that the money was on the table. Had this been better handled, I would not have even made this review or it would have been a higher rating and tip but here we are. 🤷🏾♀️
One of my best experiences while vacationing in LA! My server's name was Danny and he was an absolute delight! He was tentative and knowledgeable, and gave amazing suggestions. I ordered the beet salad with skirt steak and it was delicious! Strawberry Fields was the suggested infused cocktail and it was super yummy! The Cannabis options were plentiful and potent! Over all, a 10 out of 10!
A must go!! And yes they do offer the discount upstairs for first-time clients as well anything on special.
