I visited today, feeling unwell, but I went anyway. The security officer took my driver’s license and let me in. After being informed about the day’s deals, I started browsing the store. I was standing near the refrigerator when I turned around and felt a sense of dread staring at me. When I fully turned, I saw an employee staring at me, not in a friendly or helpful manner. It made me feel uncomfortable and even threatened. I asked if he was okay because he was staring at me, but he became defensive and we engaged in a back-and-forth conversation. The security guard intervened and told the employee, “Don’t worry, she came in that way.” This made me feel like I must have had a bad attitude because I didn’t want to engage with him. I used to love going to medical men, but this experience has made me reconsider. The behavior and lack of professionalism were unacceptable.
Kieneisha aka “Honey” is always so friendly and helpful when I visit MedMen. She’s knowledgeable, attentive, and always sending out positive vibes. Give her a bonus! She’s great!
Staff was amazing knew exactly what I was looking for made the whole process so easy. Auntie chocolate made my initial experience so wonderful and welcoming! Love her!!

The staff is generally pretty friendly, though they can tend to be condescending. If you go in there knowing what you want it's a little annoying being accosted by sales people. My advice is to look at their menu online and do your research at home so you have a good idea about what you want or want to compare. Coming from Seattle where cannabis is treated like wine for a sophisticated genre, I get the sense that MM is preferring to dumb down the conversation. Just my two cents. It would really be great if their stock went up considering they are marketing themselves heavily as the Apple of cannabis. Not sure if that's a good thing however...
