March and Ash Vista Dispensary
About March and Ash Vista Dispensary
On Dogwood Way in Vista, March and Ash Vista Dispensary holds a 4.5 rating across 1,217 reviews — a strong number, though recent feedback shows a shift worth flagging. After a 2026 ownership change, the longtime rewards program ended, and several longtime customers expressed frustration about losing accumulated points and the discounts that came with them. If you were a regular here for the loyalty perks, the math has changed. That said, product selection remains broad and the in-store experience continues to draw repeat shoppers. Hours run 8 AM to 9:55 PM every day, giving you flexibility for both early and late visits. The Vista location sits in an accessible spot for North County customers. Newer shoppers without a rewards baseline may not feel the change as sharply, but if pricing is your top priority, it's worth comparing against nearby dispensaries before committing. A familiar name navigating a transition.

Customer Reviews
Used to go here for all my cannabis needs but switched once all my loyalty points were taken, prices raised, and coupons and discounts were dropped. The “customer service” that they want you to contact will never respond to you. It’s been almost 2 months since I emailed them and never got a single reply. Go to a different dispensary that actually care about how much its customers are spending and puts customers first. Like Hello Cannabis or Costal Cannabis. Both less than a mile from March and Trash.
After years of patronizing only March and Ash, I will no longer be returning. The ONLY reason they were affordable was because of their rewards program. With the turn of the new year into 2026, "new ownership" has cancelled the rewards program and all rewards points saved up are gone. They were already overpriced for the quality of product that they sell, but now there's no justification to continue going there. There's better and less expensive product to be found elsewhere.
Great products and amazing deals for the community, I’ve been going here for years. Sadly though I won’t be returning, there’s a specific employee who has caused some issues for me going in (won’t bother getting the kids name). There was a day cash registers weren’t working properly or something along those lines. This specific employee had given me the wrong change (which I was unaware of, as I don’t count my change. Quite literally not my job lol) he then came out to the parking lot to ask for it back which I did immediately (no issues and smile on my face) and even apologized that I had noticed. A week later I come in and he gives me a whiney little boy attitude about how I stole money from him in front of my fiancée. (EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL) I explained to him that I don’t count change and never have in my life. He then argues back and forth in front of my fiancée and customers about how he “saw me count it” 🤓👆🏻. I told him I didn’t and it really wasn’t a big deal, mistakes happen. He then doubled down on making me out to be a thief. Keep in mind the manager of that locations child and mine go on play dates and I’ve known him for years, unsure why this random whiney brat of an employee would accuse me of stealing when it’s not my job to count and give correct change ( THAT IS LITERALLY HIS ONLY JOB!!!) His lack of integrity and respect is what has caused me to find another shop. So overall, great shop and shout out to the homie Lalo for running a smooth shop. I’d definitely recommend this place, but if you see some pretty boy checking you out. Avoid that little boy, he’s unprofessional and rude. Other than that rude individual. 5 stars!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✌🏻
I am rarely ever compelled to create negative reviews; but the shocking decline in quality from March and Ash Vista has left me 100% decided that I will not order here again. I have been a loyal customer for 2+ years, I always tip my delivery drivers and show appreciation. My regular order which I make ~once a month suddenly shot up in price without justification, coupled with what others have already detailed: they disbanded the entire rewards point system without notification or compensation... Basically a giant middle finger to anyone who has shown any degree of loyalty. For my past 3 orders, I have specified on the order instructions section where I would like the driver to arrive so I can easily locate them. The instructions are never addressed leaving me no choice but to wander around my apartment complex until I either find the driver or they call me clearly lost. The drivers show up to a different location every single time. With the cannabis industry in SoCal being so competitive, March and Ash does not have the Clout to so blatantly disregard their clientele and expect the same business. Shady dismissive business practice that deserves a financial lesson. As others have stated just go down the street to Coastal Cannabis; don't waste your time with this place.
I was curious what a dispensary looked like and a friend took me here to have a look since I don't use these products. This store is beautiful inside and very clean along with a friendly staff. More than enough knowledgeable staff members to help you. First class if you're looking for CBD or cannabis products.
