if you're a veteran or person with disability no waiting in line, well if you did its very short compared to regular customer line. it can go around building at times. great service and prices. excellent quality and variety of products.

This Place sucks, especially online ordering. Prices online should be honored. Yall need to figure this shit out. Especially when it comes to deals. If there’s nothing mentioning having to buy one full price to get one a deal price then it should be honored.

Ordered online. The replaced item without telling me what I wanted was not available. I didn't noticed till after I paid. I immediately told staff thats not the product I ordered. Manager was called and gave tons of attitude that she is not supposed to give me a refund even though it's completely their fault. Manager was rude to me and other customers. She should not be working this job or needs to be retrained. Too many dispensaries in town for them to treat customers like this. Last time I will visit this store for sure.

Garbage. Can't do online orders on top fo that the prices they post online are not the prices listed in the store. Looked online to see what I wanted because I already knew about the line and how busy it gets so I checked online to see exactly what I wanted. I asked the budtender for the item and she tells me it's only two in the system so that must mean we have it in the back or we don't have it. After the wait I didn't even care to push the issue. For as much money this place makes they should really look to do better in the new year. Yes the variety is awesome but I'd rather go to a place that caters to the customers wants and needs. We ain't asking yall to break yall back but it seems like yall don't wanna help the people keeping yall establishment open. I've experienced better at other dispensaries to be honest. Step y'all game up man. Y'all still doing 2020 shit.

I don't much care for having to stand on line to get into the store. And it's hard to know what you want without a menu at your fingertips with the info you need to decide like if it's indica, the THC %, & the price because you can't browse the store because when you're done standing in line outside you go inside & stand in line again. Having said that if you can look on the website most items have all of the info. But not all. The staff is great, the prices are pretty good, I can't complain about the product it does what it's supposed to.
