2/16/26 the short and balding latino worker will lie to your face and tell you products aren’t defective, then try to gaslight you saying you’re wrong, but you’ve bought from the same company and brand for years, and this is the first time you have any of their carts taste like burnt metal. At the end of the interaction, the worker still offered me a discount for my next purchase, but why offer the compensation if there is no issue worth fixing to begin with ? would definitely recommend taking your business elsewhere for better customer service and deals. there is nothing “sweet” about this spot except how easy it is to never come back, would give “0” stars if it were an option P.S. I went to another dispensary after this negative experience, and the first thing the workers there told me was how the product (cartridge) looked burnt at the top, and immediately even smelled burnt compared to the smell of that strain, could probably just be a defective coil. In all the raw garden carts I’ve purchased, none have ever had that dark ring of oil happen at the top. It’s quite disheartening to have your concerns dismissed and brushed off after spending your money, just for your defective product concerns to be immediately validated at a different dispensary. I’m attaching a picture below for reference, but overall just a total let down of customer service, even as dispensary’s you can receive a credit for defective products. As I had to wait in line for a few minutes to be helped as well, I also overheard the worker tell another customer they only had 2 workers and were short staffed (the store only had 3 customers total including myself) so maybe they could have been having a long day, and taken out their frustrations on me by brushing me off and refusing to help, but just wanted to make sure others were aware of my experience to beware.

Would like to give a negative 5 star review for this business. I’ve always been treated nicely until today when some new manager made me feel belittled and uncomfortable. Made me feel discriminated against from my age and physical disability of not being able to see very well. Using her power To impact the business, she works for in a negative way. Giving an ultimatum take the battery I’m offering you or I will refuse you service! Has no proper skills in dealing with customer service customer resolution, and successful business management. It’s unfortunate to have an employee such as that ruin an image for a company.

Everyone raves about the great deals at Sweet Spot but this unfortunately has never been my experience. Yesterday, my boyfriend and I decided to take advantage of the 40% off deals. We got an Oz of Doja flower, Punch carts and dabs, Manzanita Naturals drinks - everything on sale. When we got to the register, our total rang up to over $500. We were shocked and asked the budtender why we didnt get the sale price. He told us it was only for prerolls. The sale board said absolutely nothing about specific products. This is incredibly misleading and a shady sales tactic. Very disappointed in this dispensary.

JJ was seriously, EXTREMELY helpful. I came in, super indecisive; and he was able to suggest many options that he, himself, could recommend, because he had tried them. I also love Mr. Stone. This place is just incredible in general. Great prices, lots of choices, really kind employees, sick music, nice atmosphere. People who say the parking sucks haven't figured out that there is hecka parking in back and they let you come in through the back door and just walk up to the front desk like normal. Five stars, easy.

I used to love coming to sweet spot. The staff were always very friendly and super helpful. I always took advantage of the happy hour. As long as you were checked in within the happy hour window they would honor those prices. Today. I went in and started checking out at 8:29 p.m. But by the time he finished ringing up my order, the clock changed to 8:30 and they did not honor the discount. This new guy gave me an excuse that it had to do with their system, but that's a blatant lie because just last month they were honoring the discount. When I asked him when the POS system switched over he said about a year ago. I find it pretty ridiculous that I'm coming in and spending close to $300 every week and they can't honor a happy hour discount code within a minute of the clock. Changing. The new staff is also not very helpful. Not sure what happened but bring back the old staff. They were way better than this group.
