I needed topicals and relief balms. Phillip knew the product lines, listened to my request and what I needed in the products. I bought a few of Phillip’s recommendations. Great prices (I know because I walked out the big store down the street where the same products were 10% higher).

Spent $480 on a Puff co. Product didn’t work and wouldn’t turn on. Even though I had bought it three hours earlier. UPDATE: Tropicanna, Craig and Aaron were a BIG help offering to exchange and do the warranty. I Got a brand new one that works this time! This is good customer service!!!!
