I love this store! I love that you get to pick up and look at everything in the store. The staff is very helpful and willing to educate you on the products. Really cute shop however I showed up during their 40% sale and they had 40% signage all over the store on items that were not discounted so it was confusing as to what was on sale, when I got to the counter and my total was more then I thought and politely asked for assistance to know what was actually on sale, the bud tender who had previously been nice to me, seemed to just loose all patience and said with the ultimate sarcasm and sass…” Interesting enough it’s all on a poster right there!” and pointed to a poster below the register area, basically making me feel like I had done something wrong. I could understand if that had been frustrating and they had to repeat that to customers all day, but having years of experience of working marketing for a dispensary and being a merchandiser myself and being in charge of Signage and pricing for a dispensary, I think it could’ve just been a quick fix with how they displayed everything, and I did not deserve that attitude, even though it was said with a smile 🤷‍♀️. That bummed me out because I was traveling from Ventura and Ventura was a place that one of these places was going to open and so I was excited about checking it out and felt a little bit disappointed with the customer service.
