discriminatory treatment at reception I had a prepaid pickup order for yesterday at 8:50 PM and have shopped here before. Upon arrival, the white male staff member at the reception didn't give me a chance to explain why I was there. He immediately demanded my ID and then told me to step out of the store. What happened next is deeply concerning. I sent my friend, who was with me, back in to pick up the same order. Despite the order being in my name, the receptionist handed it over without checking his ID at all. So the rule, checking ID before serving a customer, was enforced selectively: strictly against me, but completely ignored for my friend. The lack of consistency shows this wasn't about policy enforcement. I was turned away without being allowed to speak, yet someone else could walk in and collect my prepaid order with zero verification from the same staff member. That level of disrespect and differential treatment is completely unacceptable.

Great spot! The staff here is very friendly and professional. They are running a very efficient operation. You check in with a receptionist, and your name goes into the queue. When it’s your turn, one of the staff members behind the counter will call you up to purchase/ ask any questions about the product. Added bonus: as long as you have your debit card, you don’t need to have cash to pay. Great experience here!
