Terrible service! Around 1 pm Sunday March 8th I arrived at the shop. There were two budtenders, and 2 guests in the store. I was rudely told by the tall African American budtender just as the other budtender was smiling at me ready to help to "get in line" even though there was no line, just one other person and two bud tenders. It was completely rude, and unneeded. The person obviously didn't care.
Great selection but a lot of people coming in and out. That's why when you ask the personnel about strains and recommendations, it feels like they are just bringing something out to satisfy your question. Other shops give better customer service in my opinion. But all in all a solid 4/5 stars
Great bud tenders, great deals. I smoked all the photographical evidence of the 7 strains i purchased while on a work trip. The edibles i was recommended were amazing. I am saddened that i did not take photos but i absolutely loved the energy and vibe of this store and its staff. Highly recommend this place if you are in tenderloin for work or play.
Love this place and all the staff, especially the managers. Adriana is always great. I see that Raphael Drouhaut is trying to review bomb this place and as a customer for the last 4 years I have seen him in the store and he always has a nasty attitude towards all the guests and staff. Keep up the good work Union Square, dont let this one troll get to ya!
The staff and service here are consistently outstanding. At this point, it’s become my go-to dispensary, even though I receive a permanent 15% discount as a local worker at several others across the city. I’d like to especially recognize Cameron, Aaliyah, Bernice and Irelli for their exceptional customer recognition and warm reception on every visit.
