I usually always go to this location. But today I went to this location, trying to buy something that I normally buy. I asked for a menu and none of the people knew what I was talking about. There is a special menu for the infuse cannabis. Of course no one knew what I was talking about so now I’m standing in the middle of the store looking crazy because I’m asking for a menu that I always see at this location. One guy behind the counter is reading off names like hey do you want this one you want that one you want this one? I literally had to go outside. Look on my phone for a menu then return back to the store to purchase items. Definitely not worth all of this jump around. Will definitely return back to the location in Union Square not this location.
Omg!! I love this store and the employees with the best custom service is Cardianna. She is wonderful and always gets me the best deal with a big smile on. She makes me come back to this location…!!!! It’s all love !!! Promote her!!!!
