I usually go into the store to buy thca crushed diamonds, but today a representative from stiiizy came into my friends shop on Haight Street to place a banner and QR code at their store I decided to take a chance and order delivery when the delivery arrived it was not thca diamonds with zero sauce instead it was 3 grams of I don't know what with oxidized sauce I talked to the manager John at Merced who told me I had to call Blaize basically kept getting passed around I have gotten a bait and switch and I want to let everyone know when you order beware you might not receive what you ordered and they could care less

I always receive the best service at this location. They have amazing deals! Erick always offers the best deals. He’s always enthusiastic and knowledgeable on products.

Bought an all in one gramlin live rosin disposable yesterday after having it recommended by the budtender. Only to have it be the worst disposable I’ve ever used. I think they just wanted to unload these to certain customers who don’t know any better. This disposable is awful you have to hit it like 10 times to get any smoke out of it and the taste is so fake. Waste of money, there’s better dispensary’s with awesome budtenders with better service unlike here. I will have to start going somewhere else now.

I’ve been coming into this stiiizy store for 3 years and everyone is great. I always trust the worker to bring out, what I have asked for, however, last night(1/30) the Anaya girl made a mistake that could have been easily corrected. The woman put my order in the bag and never mentioned anything about the return policy, along with forgetting to give me a receipt. I was surprised to find that she did not give me the right order and after seconds of realizing that I was given the wrong thing they kept denying what was necessary to be done. The people showed unprofessionalism and after years of coming here they could not have done justice. After a long conversation Nancy gave in and gave me what I originally asked for. This issue could have easily been resolved, but the workers that night did not want to help and kept mentioning the manager left, when they were obviously in the back doing backflips or whatever they were doing. I never wrote a review, but after years of coming it is quite disappointing and safe to say I will be taking my business elsewhere. Mission Stiiizy on top.

5 stars because one worker made my experience great! Anaya had great vibes and a lovely, funny, welcoming personality! Definitely one of their best workers by far.
