The facility was stellar Super organized easy to find what you need and the staff is super helpful and knowledgeable. Friendly, The deals are amazing and you can find everything you need.

My friend who has autism had me call since I’ve been shopping there long before it got bought out by off the charts and let the manager know about his experience with one of the staff there (Savannah) because he was upset with the way he was treated and he wanted someone with a level head to communicate his experience and issues and after I called and left my complaint with the male staff who picked up the phone and took my complaint down after we hung up I received a call from the employee we complained about (Savannah) Not sure who runs this place but this is unacceptable. On top of her BS excuse for being snappy and rude (as my friend put it) is because they were “busy” that’s not reason to be rude to customers on top of that she offered to basically bribe us if we came in today and not to call and complain to her manager on Monday. Who ever owns and runs off the chart needs to do better with hiring process.

Great spot with a nice layout and diverse selection. I was impressed with the quantity of brands and enjoyed being able to compare products side by side. Plus, it's nice knowing you're going to find exactly what you're looking for every time. The staff are super professional, knowledge, and easy going. You're always grated with a smile that definitely provide great energy and positive vibes. Plus they treat everyone with respect and gracefully help those who may be new or uncertain what they're looking for.

I use to shop there when it was BAM and never had such a rude impatient attitude come from any of the employees. I believe her name was Savannah was so outrageously rude and impolite and impatient from moment I walk in and was browsing the selections of products she constantly asked if I was ready to check out rushing me even when I had nothing in my hands and when I politely replied I’m still looking several time since she made it a point to ask me every 30 seconds and with each time I’d get eyes rolled at me like me shopping and spending money wasn’t worth her energy or business. That was my one star experience But side note this employee (Megan?) you have deserves all 5 stars and what ever Savannahs tips are. Another staff saw this and politely pulled me aside (I think her name was Megan? She had a gorgeous ring on her finger) and noticed I was semi annoyed and overwhelmed with the situation gave me a great 1-1 experience and was beyond knowledgeable about each and every product I asked about and get this not once did she get annoyed or rush me or even roll her eyes at me like savanna.

This store is my favorite in all of SD! Best prices, best selection and best customer service. Adam helped me find exactly what I needed and his recommendations were on point! BAM was great but Off the Charts has been a definite upgrade! They even redid the whole store and it looks so fresh & modern. I’ll definitely be back !!!
