March and Ash Mission Valley Dispensary

I placed an online order and applied the first time customer discount of 30% off because I had never ordered from this dispensary before. My total was 194 on the receipt and order page, when the driver showed up he said the total was 278. I said there must be a mistake since I have the receipt on my phone. He then took pictures of the receipt and sent them to his manager. I waited outside for about 15 minutes only for the manager to tell him to tell me that there was a mistake and since you have been to a different location the discount does apply, he said he couldn’t honor the discount. I then proceeded to let them know that I would not be purchasing this and this was false marketing and advertising. I don’t know how they can let you check out at one price and once you go to pay, the price is way inflated. This seems like false advertising and is in violation of many consumer protection laws. I will be filing a report accordingly as I don’t want other people to be pressured into paying extra , even when they let you check out and give you a receipt at a lesser price.used to like this place but will taking my business elsewhere….

This is always been my favorite place to get my medicinal marijuana. They have plenty of good deals. Plenty of strains to choose from. Did you have security so you are safe. They are located in Mission Valley on the south side of it. Very easy to get to with free parking in front of their building.

They've been my favorite for so many years, but they've sheared away everything that made them great (a rewards program, actual sales instead of raising all prices to feign mediocre sales, exchanging low delivery minimums for high minimums plus delivery fees, a delivery tracking system that actually worked) and they have topped off the negative changes with an absurd rehaul on their website that makes nagivation counterintuitive, filled with brand advertisements and useless blurbs. I'm autistic and hate change, and I'm finally researching other dispensaries because the quality of service, product availability, and ordering system have all plummeted simultaneously. I'm so, so disappointed ☹️

March and Ash is genuinely impressive with how they reach new lows every month it seems. First, it was ruining No Tax Tuesday. Then raising the min delivery and adding fees. Then removing the delivery option window for orders under $50. Now, March and Ash has bestowed upon us the most INCREDIBLE update yet - every day is no Tax Tuesday!!! Thats right, 32% off everything all the time until further notice!!!! Cool right? Except for the part where they raised the price of everything. So that Zenergy CBX 1/8th I bought last week for $49 delivered before tip? Now $60 delivered. Do you really think your customers are that dumb? Unfortunately the answer is yes, clearly they do. What is the end game here, really? "Screw the middle to lower middle class customers and below, the whales will keep us afloat." LAME!

Always a great selection, great knowledge and communication in store and through delivery, easy ordering online. I’ve tried to shop around at other stores in the area but I always just end up back at March and Ash or usually ordering from home. I don’t drive and usually order delivery and it’s very rare that the site is so busy that it needs to take a smoke break and will be back in 5 lol any time I have ever messed up on an order or had any questions all I had to do was call and they fixed it or clarified anything I was confused about right away. It’s easy to track the delivery and it’s also pretty quick as far as delivery is concerned, definitely more reliable than your local Joe. I order from the mission Valley store and James, among others, have delivered to me a few times and are always just on it and genuinely good real people. I know I can find quality product and quality staff at March and Ash, and that’s the only reason I’m leaving a somewhat lengthy but legit review. Thank you all at March and Ash for all you do 🙏
