Harbor Collective Weed Cannabis Dispensary

Harbor Collective is hands down my favorite dispensary in San Diego. They have amazing customer service, a huge selection, and they even deliver when I don't feel like driving. Always a great experience when I order or stop by! Shoutout to Paul for always helping me out.

Harbor collective always comes through the staff is friendly and they really know their stuff they will take the time to explain the products. its clean and organized and has a pretty sweet selection of flower, carts, and edibles at solid prices. all my visits are quick and easy the customer service is top tier definitely my go to spot in the area!

Online ordering is impossible. You place an order, through their website mind you, wait 3 hours with no updates, just to call and be told “I don’t even see your order”. Apparently they have a secret rule about only being able to place an order for 1 ounce at a time, and if you want to meet the delivery minimum you have to order other products that are not flower based….? This should be a huge disclaimer before you place an order, or better yet create a website that doesn’t allow orders like mine. Wasted an entire day after placing a second order and waiting another 3 hours just for it not to get accepted either. I don’t know how they stay in business conducting it like this.

NOT TOURIST FRIENDLY only locals welcomed. First off when I handed over my ID the person rolled their eyes when they saw I was from Utah which I thought was weird. Then after finishing grabbing a few things I went in line to check out, and I over heard the guy in front of me get a 40% FTP discount which I thought was amazing. When it was my turn to check-out I told them it was my first time at their store and wanted the 40% like the last guy. Then the lady told me the last person was a San Diego Resident, and I am not so I can't get the FTP deal or any discounts. I chuckled a bit and asked her if she was serious, which she just responded " yep store policy sorry". I asked her if she could at least explain why you have to be a San Diego Resident for the discounts , and she just repeated " because it's our policy". I just walked out the store after that and went to the other dispensary down the street. Overall I would recommend avoiding this place , so many other better dispensaries , that don't discriminate if your are not a local.
