I came in early today and it was nice to catch up with my fave bud tenders. A place can be good but a place can always get better bc of someone and Kim has def earned her compliments and flowers. We really enjoy coming here. Management runs everything smoothly, and the staff is knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. There’s always a friendly greeter with a smile, and you can tell there’s real care and training behind the service. It’s more than just a quick stop — it feels like a place where you can learn, connect, and get thoughtful guidance for whatever you’re hoping to accomplish.

Their reward system is a scam. Half the staff is untrained on how the loyalty 10% back works. I’ve tried troubleshooting it with them a handful of visits and each time I’m promised my points will show up and they never do. Last straw was the birthday coupon, which I never received. After they verified that I was enrolled in text alerts, they pulled a handful of other reasons why they couldn’t honor it. 1) being the coupon, has to be used on your birthday 2) you only get a coupon if you’ve shopped in the last 60 days (which sometimes my partner shops for us, we buy in bulk, or a friend picks something up for us) 3) if you don’t receive a text, you have to come in same day but must have an active account (purchase in the last 60 days) 4) you have to have the app (which I did) and even showed them the recent text alerts I get from them And there were more but for a company that isn’t clearly training their associates, you’d think there would be some leniency. the staff we spoke to seemed like they did not care. At all. Until a manager came and though she at least apologized, she made it seem like it was user error. I looked at their signage and online and couldn’t find the legal terms for the promo. Which obviously leaves much to the discretion of the manager. All this over
