I was not able to exchange a defective cartridge. A waste of money and time. I won't shop here again.

Any business that makes you go through an atm to pay them is a greedy business. I assume they’re avoiding taxes which is why they’re cash only. They should have signs everywhere. Their selection is okay but having to pay an extra fee just to pay them is odd. Seems like they have their own set up and will be reporting to Bbb. Do better

I honestly was confused when I went in there yesterday. Initially, I had a curbside pick up and I was going to pay with card. When I called letting them know I was there they asked me if I wanted to pay cash or card said they would be out in a second. After 15 seconds an employee came out and told me I needed to come inside Because my ID expired, which makes no sense I have a brand new id and plus I never showed them it. Before I go inside I show my ID to the security and he was very rude and told me if I’m not doing pick up I need to move. And when I finally get inside Eddie the employee at the front let me know that they don’t take card inside, and it ended up being a whole hassle Because I had to go to the bank to get cash. They have ATMs inside the store but they weren’t taking my card. I was happy that I got my stuff, but I don’t appreciate that kind of service.
