Vibe Cannabis | Sacramento Dispensary

I’ve been coming to this dispensary for about a year now. Staff has always been friendly and it’s cheaper than any other dispensary. Today was the first time that I ever had a bad experience. I bought and 8th and a couple pre rolls. I paid with a $100 bill.. the person who helped me shorted me $10. Not sure if he thought that I wouldn’t notice but he just handed me the stack of change and told me to have a nice day. I stood there and counted back my change and that’s when I realized it was short. I told another staff member who was working there at the time and he said “ I can not help you , I have nothing to do with this “ and told me to step aside so he can help the customer behind me. The person who initially helped me came back around and gave me the $10 back. I just don’t appreciate the way I was talked to. I stopped by today around 11:00am, the staff who works in the afternoon are always so kind and helpful but this time around it was just a bad experience over all. I have spent so much money here , it wasn’t even just about the $10 .. it was about the principal and I just didn’t appreciate that.

Thus far this is the best experience I’ve had, the knowledge is impeccable, the friendliness is amazing, and the products and price are fantastic!! The staff is amazing I like the fact that you say what your looking for and bamm they have not one but multiple options for you, and the knowledge to back it up. I’ll definitely be buying from here for now on. Thanks Vibe for the best experience yet!!

I went to Vibe by California | Sacramento Cannabis Dispensary and I always have a good experience there, but last night was on another level. Tizoc Avendaño helped me out and delivered some of the best customer service I’ve had anywhere. I came in with a few solid questions, laid everything out, and showed him the product I was curious about. Not only did he answer everything clearly, but he also took the extra step to look up additional details and make sure I had the most accurate info possible. You don’t see that kind of effort often. Big thanks to Tizoc for going above and beyond. That’s the kind of service that keeps me coming back.

Love it here. They always meet me with so much warmth and kindness. Keiko always knows what i’m headed towards and offers such great support! I appreciate the workers so much!

I have been coming here for years and always have a great experience. t The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable of their products. They are always looking out and have lots of sales so you get the most for your money. They even give you a ticket for free food with purchase some days from the featured food truck in the area. Giovanni was very helpful with my purchase today. I highly recommend this shop!
