Love love this dispensary. The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Wouldn’t take my business anywhere else!

So, I moved back to this area and thought I’d try this place out. Never again !! While I’m here with a friend he decides to go grab a sack and I’m sitting in my car smoking a cigarette and security comes out and tells me I can’t smoke here🤔 after I explained what I was smoking it was all good but the fact that you’d send out security without making sure of your accusations is totally unacceptable to me. Do not accuse people of you actually don’t know, maybe ask first but I won’t be spending any more money here at this place..

When this cannabis club first opened, they were amazing and now it seems like every time I go to this location there’s some sort of issue… Today I get there at 3 PM and they’re talking about their closing only and only accepting mobile pick up orders.. And like I said this isn’t the first time it seems like every time I show up to this cannabis club. They have some sort of issue that’s either causing them to only be able to take cash and no card, only be able to Take card and no cash… Closing early at 3pm on a non holiday… Bottom line if you go here, you might end up leaving really happy with some good products….and there’s a chance you might leave. Pissed off with nothing in your hands…

I hate to do this to a small business, but I am hoping that the owner or general manager sees this review and can offer the staff some training and some help with critical thinking. I placed an order for delivery yesterday at 6 PM and I did not get my order delivered due to some lack of common sense on the staffs part. They offered to send the order the following day due to the inconvenience of the previous order and someone today decides to call me and tells me that I have to place another order because they can’t do that for me. I find that they have no customer service protocol and the people that work there don’t care.

We went on the weekend of their grand opening not knowing they had just opened (happy surprises). The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They were still figuring out their check in systems and had an issue with one of our IDs but were kind, courteous, and handled it well. Once you're in the back, the budtenders and incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I was looking for a low dose gummy I had seen on their website, they showed me the different options and what I could expect. They were having a great special going on, which may have been for the opening weekend, but we ended up getting additional items, and left with more then intended (in a good way). This is definitely our go to shop now, can't recommend it enough.
