This was my 1st time and had a great experience with Devin, the staff, and my delivery driver, David. Everyone is extremely professional and friendly. Makes me want to give you more business. :) A+
I stop there weekly and lock it up my bike for 5 min (at most) on their black fence, when a security guard approached me and first thing he says "they don't want you doing that here, do you work here".. mind you my bike was in no way impeding anything. Instead of telling people what they can't do, tell them what they can. Idk if it was power trip or just bad customer service but I won't be back. I understand if I had to move but it's the way you say things that makes all the difference.
Ariana was patient with me and after grabbing a bunch of things, I realized I misread two promotions. I changed up what my plan was and she didn’t hesitate once with assistance. Even when I apologized for taking up so much time, she told me “It’s ok. You’ve been nice and are easy to work with.” At the end, I left with plenty of goodies and had an amazing Christmas Eve. I was looking for Mike specifically today. My brand disappeared and I needed his expertise to pick a new stable for my medical conditions. Unable to deliver my order AGAIN. This time they cut off orders early. Mine was already placed. Had to drive to store. The order wasn’t ready. Bullsnot excuse for poor service. The Kola brand bud is old and poor quality. Basically they swept the floor and sold it to kolas as brand. Like cheap tea. Way too many cannabis shops to deal with sketchy website, sketch delivery and bunk quality. See pictures of my pre roll.
