I wish I had known about the line. I was waiting and didn't realize I wasn't in line until quite a few other people came in. I need effective communication to know the process. Other than that, the place was great. From the security to the bud tender. They were all kind and welcoming. They took the time to ask you about your day and had a genuine smile to go along with it. Plus since it was my first time, they added a free gift! Can't beat that.

Nicolas was extremely attentive throughout the entire process! I had some minor changes I needed to make to an express order and he was kind enough to let me stay in the express line, heard the changes I needed to make without making me repeat myself, and I was still in and out within 90 seconds with exactly what I was looking for. Best spot in Sacramento for years... hands down. Amazing deals, great promotions, special sales and great customer service all the time. The variety is huge, so you never leave empty handed. Just got back from Connected 26 minutes ago, had to stock up for the week - end😅😌😎 #LoveLiveLifeConnected

I don’t usually write reviews, but after today, I felt like I had to. I’ve been coming here since 2020, and it’s always been one of my favorite pickup spots. The team is usually great—friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. Today, though, the energy was off (security) (-10) stars My tender, Billy, was awesome—kind, attentive, and kept things moving smoothly. (5) stars! But the security guard on duty around 5:20 PM (Tuesday, October 21) was flat-out dismissive. -No greeting, no acknowledgment, just a smug attitude that made it clear she didn’t want to be bothered. From the moment I walked up to the time I left, her energy was cold and unwelcoming. That kind of attitude leaves a bad taste and sets the wrong tone for the rest of the visit. It’s not that I expect anyone to roll out the red carpet—but basic manners aren’t optional when you’re the first person customers interact with. A simple greeting or even basic courtesy goes a long way. I’m sharing this because this place is usually solid and believe it will continue to be. Simply leaving this review in hopes for the awareness for the business and to consider who is chosen to greet customers being the first point of contact.

Great staff member, he’s very proficient in all the products and stays locked in while giving great customer service. Laser focused, while reading the room, and listening with purpose!
