From the moment we walked in, his product knowledge was impressive—he took the time to listen to what we were looking for, explained options clearly, and made recommendations that actually fit our needs. What really stood out was how effortlessly he helped us discover (and happily buy) a few things we weren’t even planning on getting. It never felt pushy—just thoughtful, helpful, and genuinely guided by what made sense for us. On top of that, his mannerisms were excellent: friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. i just left here and when i came in the first thing the guy taking my ID says is “you look beat!” i questioned him “beat?” and he repeated “yes, beat! not beat up, haha, you look really tired!” i feel like that is such an inappropriate thing to say to someone as soon as they come into a business to spend money. i work in customer service and i would never say that someone at my job. i have been coming here for several years and i love the woman who has been checking me in for the last few years, please have her work check ins instead of this guy!

Since the old management left, This place prices went up and the quality went down! The flowers test GMO. and The customer service Sucks! The new manager is Sus! And the parking lot is trash! 0 out if 10 Rated.. it’s a total rip off at this place and it wasn’t like that before the new management… GOOD LUCK! grow your Own LOL

My absolute go-to place in Midtown for many years now. A pioneer in the business. They've been in operation for medical long before recreational legalization. I've tried the rest & no one compares to AAW. A very welcoming lounge area makes me want to chill & hang every time!- Huge variety of products all easily visible & on display under glass, old school & classy! Nice large easily legible menus. Knowledgeable & always kind & helpful budtenders who listen to my needs, friendly & attentive staff & security feels like a warm welcoming family. I love their misc. merchandise❣️ Perfect stop for a quick shopping experience or gift buying! You'll find it here. Even that bad-ass backpack you've been searching for (waterproof & durable- sure to last a lifetime! I'm in love with mine). Wraps, pipes, grinders, & all the accessories your heart desires ALL in one place. Check out their online menu for the happy hour menu, daily deals, weekly deals & giveaways. I stop every year around my birthday to spin the wheel for a free gift, landed an awesome T-shirt last year. Rain or shine it is worth the time to visit this classy & classic brick & mortar. Plenty of off-street parking spots always available. At AAW they definitely show you why they were a big part in pioneering the movement for legalization of medical (and many years later recreational legalization). Five puffin' stars ALL the way!
