Ok today was my first time in there k don’t smoke BUT we came with a regular it was granny birthday so upon coming in to the store we mentioned it was granny birthday and the young lady in the front said she could get 25%off but here come the manager (Ariel) said no they don’t do that! Nasty attitude trying to make us go back in line when we was told to go over to the drinks no apologies just a funky attitude work on it girl! Just because you work in a weed store don’t mean you better then anybody!!! But on a lighter note Louie was awesome and I mean awesome! I didn’t know anything about weed and he explained everything I touched!

I haven’t cruised in for a while but glad I did! I was tended to by Sophia. She was professional, delivered on customer service like a Dream Team Pro. She had extensive knowledge on all of the products I asked about and helped curate a dope stash for the weekend. 5 Stars ✨ +1 💫 because she’s that !!!! JB

Really disappointed with my experience at STIIIZY Dispensary. I expected way better considering the brand reputation, but it felt more like a hype shop than a quality dispensary. The wait time was ridiculous even though it didn’t seem that busy. Staff wasn’t very welcoming — more rushed than helpful. I had questions about products and felt like I was being pushed to just buy whatever was easiest for them, not what was best for me. Product selection looked big at first, but a lot of items were either sold out or limited. Prices were higher than other dispensaries nearby, and the deals weren’t anything special. On top of that, the whole vibe felt transactional — not friendly or customer-focused. For a brand that markets itself as premium, the experience didn’t match. Honestly, there are plenty of other dispensaries with better service, better pricing, and a more relaxed environment. I wouldn’t go out of my way to come back.

Lauren and Ken are truly amazing!! They made my exchanging my battery such an easy experience. Both their kindness, professionalism, and attention to the matter at hand did not go unnoticed ;hence, the review. It’s rare to find dope people who create a welcoming space, but Lauren and Ken did exactly that. I was a bit nervous as this was my first return, but they made the process look easy and not an issue whatsoever! They’ll be the reason I always look forward to coming back. Overall, amazing customer service and great environment, always got the jams playing too!

Just want to say thank you to Anika very pleasant very patient as well. I had changed my mind on a few items and Anika was helpful to correct my order. I left satisfied that I got everything I needed for the busy week coming up. 10/10 best service around wonderful staff here 😁👍
