Long time customer. Never coming back. I bought a disposable here and when it stopped working after 2 days they refused to refund or exchange. They think I’m trying to scam even after I always tip them out. I don’t recommend this place.
My review is based on them changing their website. It is far .ore confusing than the previous site. Also they make you register and make an account. LOL! Right let the Government know who smokes, not me. This was an easy place to do business with, now I will try another place where checking online before I come in , is a lot easier.
I feel like I have been ripped off un the Palm Desert location of this business. I am a senior citizen and went in to buy a jar of Papa & Barkley 3in1 pain balm. The clerk said they only had small jars and I said ok. I paid cash, went to my car and opened the bag and saw they sold me the wrong kind. It was 1in3, a much weaker version. I immediately qebt back in, explained what happened and they refused to exchange or provide a refund. They then kicked me put if the store. I called the police and the security guard said I could not stand in the parking lot. This business is bad news. I would be never return there.
First time coming in and got a 30% discount for all first time customers. Shauna helped us out and she killed it! She was super knowledgeable about the products and made some great suggestions. Also got us some free Kanha gummies with a deal they had going on. Keep it up!
During certain occasions where you find yourself in the middle of the gusty winds and cold weather of our desert, weed shops like “March & Ash” stand out, with a guaranteed $3.99 delivery fee on “Weed Maps” it’s a no-brainer. Yes, ladies & gentlemen, a weed shop willing to do 23-mile-drive to complete a delivery. Serving (as far as I know) from Palm Desert to Desert Hot Springs, in only 35 minutes. The two items I purchased, “Astronauts” 3.5g of flower and “Farmer and The Felon”’s 3.5g flower of Lemon OG Kush, with the very low prices of $12 each, (after certain respective discounts). Are both pleasantly priced, packaged, and highly recommended. Competition says: 🦗 🦗🦗 ‼️❕⚠️ Because no one compares! Updated pictures and review (03/19/25); I believe this is the third time purchasing products from this dispensary & the pricing & variety is unmistakable they offer a delivery service like no other, Daniel Alvarado is outstanding on delivery times. This is my third time & he’s has set the bar so high I will be going soon in person to review this great Gem In The Desert 💎 Food for thought 💭 The reason I use weed maps is because the Company website doesn’t offer delivery’s to Desert Hot Springs, however on weed maps it does have the option of delivery service to Desert Hot Springs.
