I used to very much love this location and store but recently I purchased a vape barely works and does not give the proper or even a consistent "desired affect". We called the location to inquire about their policy and the person on the phone kindly said come back with receipt for an exchange. No refund which we were fine with. We drove 19 miles one way just for this thinking checking ahead would make for no problems. However when we arrived to complete the exchange with receipt and full packaging an aggressive and rude man stopped the associate performing the transaction stating he would no honor the exchange. I hope a 16$ exchange was worth losing a happy customer that came several times a week. I will also stop referring people here.
