My budtender today, Sofie, was very helpful!! Haven had great prices as usual, and I left with more than what I walked in hoping to get and still didn't break my bank account despite the ridiculously high taxes the county steals from us. I've been going here for about 2 or 3 years now after moving back to L.A. and it's still the best dispensary in the area.
My bartender remained calm and cool as the other side of the pillow when the WiFi crashed and the pos system went out. She quickly created a plan of action to get the system up and running with minimum customer wait. Very professional Hope you guys have a wonderful weekend
Budtender was great but had a misunderstanding and I was given the wrong product. I realized in the lot and returned the the store and was denied a chance to exchange the product even though my receipt has a written 30-day return/exchange policy. Overall a good experience turned bad from what feels like false advertisement to me.
Alyssa was so well knowledged, with every product I asked about. She was very pleasant, kind, and even had me walking out with a drink. First time customer but most definitely will be back! Thanks for everything, Alyssa! You were wonderful!
