Always greeted and thanks for patience. If there is a line great customer service asked if I want to use my points tells me if there’s more specials keeps me coming back even with the travel.
This place has always been my favorite in town great choices, good prices & absolutely awesome people but tonight takes the cake. I lost $100 bill and I only made one stop so I was pretty sure I knew where I lost it but what could I do. I go home to pout and about an hour later Justin calls me the security guard had found the $$$, viewed the camera & went out of their way to call me!!!! Service is always great but these are GOOD people and I appreciate it!!!
I keep calling to make a complaint and the girl in the front desk keep claiming my phone line has issues and hangs up on me when it is not my phone line made me wonder if this is how they are trained to handle customer complaints this explains why you guys are always dead the customer service is horrible here and in the Watsonville location!! No one seems to know how to treat customers right now days nor to try and help and listen to what went wrong. Since they already make money they don’t care about one bad experience a customer has with their bud tenders.
Friendly staff with the best discounts I've ever gotten when it comes to dispensaries. They didn't have a first time discount because there was a massive sale going on. I was able to get a good amount for a very cheap price! I had a good experience here so far and looking forward to visiting again.
Today was my third or fourth visit to this location and it went as smoothly as possible. The staff is very kind, professional, and efficient. Will be returning, (especially while their discounts are active,) and would highly recommend stopping by!
