ERBA Markets Venice Weed Dispensary
About ERBA Markets Venice Weed Dispensary
One of the largest cannabis retail operations on the Marina del Rey side of Venice, ERBA Markets sits on Lincoln Boulevard and has accumulated 1,499 reviews at a 4.6 rating. The dispensary runs daily from 8 AM to 9:50 PM, fitting both early-morning and late-evening shoppers. Selection runs deep across flower, edibles, vapes, and concentrates, and the security and check-in processes are described by long-time customers as trustworthy and well-managed. Both recreational and medical customers find what they need here. The high review count includes the full spectrum of feedback. Some recent reviewers have raised concerns about specific staff interactions and management responses, so it's worth knowing the place isn't universally perfect. For most visitors, though, the size of the operation, the breadth of selection, and the convenient Lincoln location keep it a regular stop. If you live in Marina del Rey, Venice, or the surrounding LA neighborhoods, ERBA Markets is one of the bigger names you'll keep running into.

MOST HORRIBLE SERVICE – Management Needs to Address This This review is directed to Jay Handal and the management team at Erba because the issues we have experienced have been ongoing and extremely concerning. My boyfriend and I have been loyal customers of Erba since we moved to the neighborhood last year. We shop here almost daily and have spent thousands of dollars at this store. Unfortunately, despite our consistent patronage, my boyfriend has repeatedly been subjected to what appears to be discriminatory and unfair treatment by staff. Today was the final straw. I am currently pregnant and waited in the car while my boyfriend went inside to make a purchase. About five minutes later, he had to come back out to get me because the employee refused to allow him to pay — even though it was his card, simply connected to my Apple Pay on my phone. The employee had already seen our phone screensaver and questioned him about the device and card. I then had to walk inside the store unnecessarily, only for him to complete the purchase using the same card and same device. This is not the first time this has happened. Almost every time my boyfriend attempts to make a purchase, staff interrogate him about the card, even though we use the exact same card every single day. They repeatedly force me to come inside just to complete the payment. Meanwhile, we have watched other customers — particularly white customers — shop without being questioned or inconvenienced. Additionally, my boyfriend has been asked to show his ID multiple times after already being checked at the door, which is redundant and unnecessary. On several occasions, security has also singled him out and asked him to remove his hoodie, while we have personally witnessed other customers walking around the store with hoodies on without being bothered. This pattern of behavior feels discriminatory and extremely disrespectful. It creates the impression that he is being treated differently because of his appearance and skin color. Another issue worth mentioning is how payments are processed. When paying, customers are often charged more than the actual purchase total, and the difference is returned as “change.” This resembles the process used by cashless ATM systems, which classify the transaction as a cash withdrawal rather than a normal retail purchase. Customers should be clearly informed about this. When we tried to address these concerns today and asked the manager for the names of the employees involved, she refused to provide them and instead threatened to ban us from the store simply for raising legitimate concerns about the treatment we have experienced. After putting up with this behavior for far too long, today was the day we finally had enough. We are extremely disappointed by the way loyal customers have been treated. The only reason why we keep coming back to be honest is because this store is literally 2 minutes away from us! Management needs to seriously evaluate staff conduct, customer service standards, and how situations like this are handled. No customer should feel singled out, interrogated, or threatened for simply trying to make a purchase.
Hello, I have been shopping in Erbaa very frequently, and during my last visit last night, I experienced something unacceptable. I don’t mean to sound racist, but I believe the employee’s name was Cia, an Asian girl. This employee took my cards out of my hand and treated me as if she was interrogating me. What I don’t understand is this: how can you take my cards from my hand or question me like that? What exactly are you trying to do? Are you trying to copy our cards? I will definitely follow up on this matter. Absolutely and under no circumstances is this behavior acceptable from such a well-established store. One big star.
This store is just like most others accept for 'I have NOT found a single reason to complain about." As a over 60 year old who understands the need of recreational to medical purposes, this store has captured my heart simply because they are knowledgeable of the products, security processing is trusted, and their servicing process is well managed. I like going to this location because I like the friendly people that work there and atmosphere. It almost makes me want to buy one of their shirts and advertise them as I go around the city. It's that neutral place where you can laugh and talk about up coming adventures while choosing the needs of each phase of travel. Mornings you want a pick me up, and afternoons you want to continue without burnout, and nighttime partying to an evening with that special someone can all be found in the products they sell. Some make you laugh, while others help you get the sleep you want. I highly recommend ERBA because they've earned my trust, their products are safe and sealed, and their integrity of pricing fairly has earned my top rating of "RATED #1" of all dispensaries in Los Angeles. They are located in Santa Monica off of 4200 Lincoln Blvd. You can get there by Santa Monica's "Metro Big Blue Bus #3." To make the point, I live a block from LAX and I travel all the way there just to shop at this store. There's plenty of dispensaries between here & there, but this is my store. Parking is NOT practical here, so I highly recommend the bus!! Stay safe, know your surroundings and stay informed with ERBA's website.
Visiting from Jersey, stopped in twice and had a great experience both times. Their inventory manager Alex is the man, made sure to make me feel welcome to Dogtown. My new go to anytime I'm out on the West Coast!
The selection's there... but the budtending is done by rando hypebeasts they snatched off the boardwalk. Zero knowledge of products, prices, deals, strains... It gets two stars instead of one because if you have the time and knowledge to sift through it yourself, they have a glut of inventory. Other places have inventory too tho, so go to other places. If you're still desperate enough to go, dress sexy cuz they don't have a number system. They say they'll call you up by name but they call names in order of which of our drivers license photos they find most attractive. They scan the room and say the name of the hot picture once they match it with the hot customer. Saw both the male and female budtenders choose their next customer in this way. An unenthused hypebeast finally had to call my name cuz I was the only remaining name. Instead he spent his time with me, flirting with the coworker behind him, ignoring my questions for the most part. I walked out of there with crappy Schwag in the end, on his recommendation. And yes, your state ID or drivers license is visible to every customer on every one of their dozen or so iPad cash registers that face customers so everyone can take a pic of random people's IDs. And you can also watch for yourself as looks are prioritized over arrival time. I went to this ERBA because I LOVE going to their other location on Pico and stupidly assumed all ERBA locations are created equal. They're not. Avoid the Venice ERBA location if you love weed.
