I placed an order online and didn’t receive a confirmation that the order was ready. The store was closing in 10 min so I called the store to ask if I could still pick up and they assured me I’d be let in as long as I entered the store before 10pm. I arrived at 9:59 (I feel bad I’m so sorry again for being that person) and the security guard graciously let me in. My bud tender Allison didn’t mind at all. QUEEN. Thank you to sweetie pie Allison for accommodating me, and there was another woman I believe had manager vibes who was also super nice. The ZZFlux team working on 12/23 closing shift is iconic. Thank you for your excellent customer service, especially during such a hectic time of year. The new patient discount is great too. Highly recommend!
My husband and I have made this our go-to shop for a few months now and it's never failed to be a great experience. All the bud tenders are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable! They have amazing deals daily/weekly/monthly in-store and through their app!! I don't think I've gotten better deals anywhere else, nor have I spent so little for the amount we take home! I hope this store if here to stay as I've seen many come and go.
This was my first time at the store, and I had an amazing time! I scored some really cool edibles with some great discounts for first-time shoppers. Malena was super helpful and friendly, and she answered all my questions about different types of edibles. I’ll definitely be back because of her awesome customer service!
