I took a chance coming here while visiting from out of state, and I have to say I was really disappointed. When you’re traveling—especially coming from the Midwest—you expect people to be at least somewhat friendly or welcoming. Unfortunately, from the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt cold and uninviting. Even though there were still 45 minutes before closing, I felt like the staff was in a hurry to move me along. There wasn’t any effort to engage in conversation or even a simple welcome. It felt very transactional—like pulling through a fast-food drive-through—rather than a thoughtful customer experience. I even mentioned it was my first time there, and there was no acknowledgment or attempt to make the visit more welcoming. It’s a beautiful facility, which makes the lack of warmth even more disappointing. Customer service sets the tone, and based on this experience, I wouldn’t choose to return.
This was an all around amazing experience. Everyone here was so friendly and knowledgeable. The girl (I didn’t ask for her name) behind the counter was able to help me choose the right product for my tolerance and we will definitely be stopping by here the next time we are in town.
