Keep in mind the discounts do kinda even out the taxes, but I’ve been going here for a good amount of time and whatever issues I might have had were solved immediately. They are very courteous understanding in my experience.

So, all the 1 star reviews, straight up don’t really represent the store that well. Honestly, the staff there are always really helpful, especially with helping me understand weed products I’m not very familiar with. I’ve never had an issue with customer service, and I don’t really understand the whole “tired security” guard dilemma; obviously they’ve been there for long hours so of course they’d be tired. There was another 1 star that was complaining about not being able to get the 40% off deal due to it being her second time, and as well as not being able to get the deal because it wasn’t the weekday in which that brand was on sale for. Which well, I mean you could just wait till it’s the day of the sale; if you can’t even wait a few days without weed, you shouldn’t even be smoking. Anyways, the realistic review is this store is great! As long you go in there and you’re respectful and concise with what you want or any questions; you’ll be helped out pretty well. One of my best experiences there was, when I was returning a pen for it being faulty, they staff not only gave me a replacement but, when it happened again, they took their time to help me find an alternative product. In conclusion really, as long as you’re polite and not having these unrealistic retail expectations; this store is a must go especially if it’s your first 2 times and if you like a product they have featured on their weekly sales.

Been coming here since they opened and it’s the only shop I go to now. Great customer service and very helpful staff. Big props to Danny. Gave me insights on what days to get the best deals and even recommended some brands to try. Best bud tender I’ve come across in a long time. Thanks again Danny

The ounce is my home base for a dispensary! Their deals are always appreciated and EVERYDAY! Also, ask for Devin, she was very educated about all their products and was a big help with deciding which product to choose! I will continue to come here for all my needs!
