I genuinely hate leaving negative reviews, but this experience deserves transparency. I've came twice to this Toluca Lake dispensary and both times were uncomfortable and frustrating due to the way I was treated. This last time, Maria helped me and the whole time I just felt talked down to and unheard, which is the opposite of what you expect in a welcoming dispensary environment. I hope management takes customer feedback seriously, because just this experience alone was enough to ensure I won’t be coming back. I will say though the Sitka Lebanese hash is *chefs kiss* but I'll have to go find it else where perhaps.
Came in to get some flower for the holidays while visiting family in the area. This dispensary has a FRESH Flower which is hard to come across nowadays. My Interaction with the budtender Stephanie was genuine. She was kind, knowledgeable,professional and was patient with me while I was being indecisive on my selection. I definitely will be coming back in the near future.
