Early bird here they were up and open! Super easy access and great selections. Great customer service.
Man has this place changed since it was the green easy and/or first few months you became TAT. Everyone knows it’s the WEHO location that you should be @ but you need to bring people back from those times. I can’t blame them for not being there anymore if this is what the store has become. I guess that’s what happens when product placement & marketing are more important.
Frankie is the one that always helps me and he is amazing!!! Always so joyful and I come within the first 1-2 hrs they open up! He definitely brightens up my day!!!!
Grabbed three Persy jars of 710 and they were all room temp when I got them, not frozen or even slightly cold. Based off the packaging date they’ve been sitting unrefrigerated since June/July (5-6 months) because they all taste the exact same - blah. I mean if I can’t tell if it’s GMO or The Sweeties then the store messed up. Considering each jar is about $110 dollars each I definitely wouldn’t recommend buying hash from this store. Nice staff though. Go to the WeHo location instead, they keep everything frozen and perfect.
Philip Del Rio was amazing to work with after I had a terrible experience with a defective product & a employee but Philip in management & the wonderful staff made things right and were very helpful and welcoming to me when I returned & made things right.
