Such a great spot! Beautiful and well organized inside, and Jermaine is so sweet and helpful. As soon as we walked in the door, he was smiling and got us what we needed, and helped answer our questions. They’ve got a great selection too. Can’t recommend enough !

Excellent energy and customer service all around, I asked a bunch of questions and he had a great in depth answer for all my inquiries. He even helped me find more places in the city to check out since I just moved here from Chicago and now I have 10 new places added to my to do list lol

I a neurodivergent who deals with severe anxiety, major depression, BPD, and severe ADHD-C so when I look for product I specifically look for things that are going to be medicinally beneficial. I walked in already overwhelmed but Ashley H immediately put my mind as ease with her welcoming demeanor and incredible knowledge. The type of person you wish were in your circle of friends. 🖤 She was able to not only answer all of my questions, (I’m annoying I have a lot of questions sometimes lol 😂), but she also made the best recommendations for everything I needed. I’m even starting a new audiobook we talked about. 📚🎧 This is definitely going to be my new regular shop. Worth the drive from SCV. Coming from the UK this is such a nice experience compared to the other smoke shops. Spaceous, comfortable, and super, super clean. Great space; and Jordan, was brilliant. Walked me through the options and got me exactly what I wanted. Great shop, brilliant service, great options.

What a beautiful establishment! Meticulously clean and welcoming. It felt like walking into an apple store, with a much better product. Right away we were greeted by Gino, who was incredibly knowledgeable about what product to use for our varied needs. Well done man! Upon checkout, we were greeted with the warming smile of Ashley, who just happened to be a fellow masshole at one point in time😂. She also was super knowledgeable, efficient and kind. Our group was pleasantly surprised from start to finish. And don't let me forget about the product...A++
