It’s incredibly convenient and stress-free, which is exactly what you want after a flight. The staff here is next level amazing—friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to walk me through options, answer questions, and made the whole experience feel welcoming and easy, especially as a visitor. Bonus for first-timers: 30% off for first-time customers, which is such a great perk and made the visit even better. I already know I’ll be stopping back at Roots before my flight home. Highly recommend to locals and travelers alike—this place sets the bar high!

Just came into shop here for the first time as a new resident to the neighborhood & omg this is my new go to spot!! Helena was the sweetest & most informative bud tender I’ve met in all of LA (no exaggeration lol)!! Such cool spot & initially overwhelmed by so many options but Helena was able to help narrow out the best finds for me🩵Overall, super pleasant experience and I will most definitely will be coming back!!
