Awesome shop! Great deals, fresh products always excellent customer service.. this is my #1 spot to go to in the city!
Phenomenal customer service!! Love that it’s located next to a 711 and smoke shop too. Only negative is the Prices are way higher than expected. $130 for a half ounce of indoor small buds when the same item is $65 out the door at another shop nearby.
I had an amazing experience with pirate town cannibis! The staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help me find the perfect products to suit my needs. Their selection is top-notch, with a great variety of strains, edibles, and concentrates, all at competitive prices.
Starting to like this place less and less. Was told today that there was nothing that could be done for their employee handing me the wrong products tonight. So I left my money there and I left the merchandise there to be back in the morning to get my money back. Very unprofessional to say that all sales are final when it's the retailers actual fault that I did not get what I asked and expected to pay for. What good is a smile if the customer service policy is absolute trash? It would be different if I asked for the wrong product but absolutely did not. And yes. I'd rather leave my money and go without than be told by any business that I have no choice but to eat THEIR mistakes. Second issue I've had here as well. Edit: manager is resolving the problem for me as I'm en route.
Great shop with a great staff. Alexis is always great, and my favorite of all the bud tenders. The shop has great pricing with cheap stuff to more expensive exotics. Whatever you want, they have it. Also, the best prices on Raw Garden carts. My favorite.
