I’ve had mixed experiences at this dispensary, but my most recent visit was disappointing. After spending a significant amount, I was told I won a specific preroll, but when I got home, it wasn’t what had been described to me. I also purchased two items totaling $75 and felt they were overpriced for what I received. I asked for help finding wraps, and unfortunately, I didn’t feel supported or guided through the options. The service during this visit felt rushed and inattentive, especially considering it was during the early bird discount hours! I do want to acknowledge that the women who work here have consistently provided great service. Nancy, in particular, was kind and professional over the phone and assured me they would try to make things right next time, which I appreciated. I’m hopeful this was just an off experience, but I left feeling disappointed with both the service and the products I received.
It was my 1st time visiting and I have to say it was a nice chill spot friendly very welcoming!! Conner was my budtender cool down to earth fella. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. I will most definitely recommend Off the Charts!!
I love Off The Charts. I shop their often, but have to say today was my best experience when I went to the Sherman Oaks location. Connor was our bud tender and he is so knowledgeable and was able to help recommend good products for my friend who is a novice. He was able to explain everything and help her pick a great bunch of product to start. Thanks Connor!

When I first came about 10 months ago, service was great. People were knowledgeable and eager to help. Recently the staff specifically the bud tenders are duds. They don’t help, they give you attitude and don’t know their stuff. Seems management doesn’t even look at the reviews because the same attitude employees are there. The wannabe punk girl, the girl with the blonde hair and some thin girl with long dark hair and glasses. The only nice one was a tall blonde guy but I haven’t seen him anymore. They need people skills those that work here. The girl with the dark brown hair and glasses kept pushing me if I was done today and if that was it and I wanted to ask her questions. I haven’t tipped at all in the past 3 months they don’t deserve tips.
