If you ask for a specific product and are given the wrong product by employee, I don’t think the customer should be held responsible, simple as that. Never been this disappointed As a first time guest, customer service alone, 5 stars But I just wasted a Benjamin so I’m leaving 1. Altho Greeted and treated well. I don't like that you’re not allowed to fully observe your flower(smell) so you know what you’re getting. It’s like Russian Roulette because you have to open to truly see the quality and there’s no refund after that. Also the guard was my bud tender? Who wasn't fully knowledgeable of the product. I asked specifically for indoor but I was given sun grown WCT brand that had no smell and very mid, not what I asked for and not worth $100. “Sun grown”which is not on the package and was packaged last year. as a “bud tende it’s your job to ensure the customer gets what they want/ask for. Long story shorty I ended up wasting $100. rolled one and couldn't finish it now I'm sitting with a oz of dirt weed. After explaining to the manager, I was told that the guard was pretty knowledgeable of the product as if he is qualified and trained for this position. Which I highly doubt, cool dude but nah this ain’t it. only offered a another discount to take off taxes. And wants me to spend even more money. I never complain or leave negative reviews but I did not purchase what I was told I was purchasing after a long stressful day and basically was told it’s my fault

I've been meaning to leave this review for my girl Kristie, big shout out to her and her excellent customer service. She answered my questions with a great attitude and smile. Only been there a hand full of times and twice had the pleasure of being help by Kristie the Boss Lady... Definitely a nice spot for flower. 2 the armed security guards a shout out as well, good vibes and welcoming.

And they never have failed I let them know what I want and looking for they always leave me impressed and yes 100% SATISFY WITH THE RESULTS AT THE END! Thanks to the wonderful security guard that always greats me with a smile and good morning or good afternoon. And the best sales floor associates who just came back from vacation! 🌺😍🥰 You definitely picked the perfect one and yes I did need it lol.
