Hi everyone! This has been my dispensary for 4 years, and in my honest opinion it’s the best dispensary in Los Angeles. I say the BEST because I’m an immigrant, and when I first came here I didn’t speak English. Even then, the customer service was amazing. The security, the front desk, the budtenders everyone has made me feel welcome since my first day. Thank you so much!
I went into the store tonight only expecting to grab some cones and some shake. Most of the time when I come in, I barely get a hello which makes me not want to ask questions, just buy what I know and leave. Today, I got helped by a lovely person name Dulce (I hope I spelled that right) They were super helpful and answered all my questions! I was having a very bad day and was ready to be my home and Dulce made an effort to make me laugh! I walked out in a way better and with a new strand I’m excited to try! Thank you Dulce for the amazing experience!
Only one person is working inside, so you end up waiting forever. The place itself is nice, but they’re clearly understaffed.
This used to be the best dispensary, not anymore. After making an order online, they try to pressure you pay more than the price on the website. They will find a reason. Do yourself a favor and avoid ordering from here.
