THE ABSOLUTE WORST DISPENSARY IN ALL OF LOS ANGELES HANDS DOWN. This place has extremely limited stock that is hugely overpriced for the pure junk products they're attempting to swindle folks into purchasing. I was instantly appalled by the highest prices I've seen attached to low end products more suitable for the streets I'd be ashamed to let any of my friends even find out I went in the doors and had I purchased anything like a fool I'd have regret that would probably never go away I was wondering upon entering the place why it was a ghost town I was instantly shown the reasoning when the staff were rude as all get out and the prices were high enough to run any true aficionado and the sparse shelving was like a day after fire sale with we're unbelievably broke so jack the prices to rip off levels yuck 0.05 star is my rating please people STAY FAR AWAY if you go to elevate prepare to drop a few bucks.🤮

8-23-25 My first time visiting a dispensary in California, we were visiting family in the Woodland Hills so I had to make a stop and check out Elevate, the cannabis bodega on Ventura Blvd.🍃 I didn’t see any buds in a jar, most of the merchandise is pre-packaged and with wide selection of pre-rolls, gummies, drinks, concentrates and more delicious goodies. The layout of the display is concise, neat and easy to follow. 😍 We were greeted by Shannon at the front desk and he helped us by answering all our questions. Shannon knows his business. Very kind and patient, professional yet makes you feel comfortable.👍🏼 I’ll return to Elevate again next time I’m in the area. New customers get 20% off and a free t-shirt!! 🍃💚

Love this new place I discovered. The gentleman who greets you is very nice and he remembered me from the first time I came in. The sales associates are super nice and very helpful. It was a smooth process and I was in and out of there in 5 minutes. Thank you and I will be a returning customer just because of the professionalism that goes a long way. The variety is wonderful!

After being awake for 18hrs and 2hrs to go, I stopped in for the first time and was helped by the kindest, most patient, authentic, considerate intelligent humans I've run into in years. After a difficult day, I swear they revived my faith in my fellow humans. I should've tipped way way more, but my brain wasn't firing at all cylinders - I should mail it. Do give this place a try. Such a stressless experience and great prices. I'm grateful to the staff beyond words. Good products too 😉

CHECK THE DATES ON YOUR PRODUCT FROM HERE THEY BE SELLING PRODUCTS OVER A YEAR OLD . Horrible customer service. Walked in chose a pre roll that was on display and it was over a year old and I had just handed the $ to the register lady and I immediately said I don’t want it and she said sorry too late no returns. I paid 50$ for a single joint and it was over a year old smh.
