Great prices and great service every time I come to shop! They have great deals for all types of products (I.e concentrates, vapes, flower) every time when looking for something different. Online shopping/order has also been a great option and experience as well, being so fast and simple. Love shopping here for over a while now
Was charged for the wrong product which was far more expensive than what I got. When I called to ask about getting the difference credited to my account. I got passed through a series of unprofessional employees and told a buncha BS about how the policy prevents them from refunding me… meanwhile, the whole time I’m just asking to speak with a manager. The employees were rude, condescending, and in no way helpful. Update: followed up like the owner suggested… called on 3 separate occasions to speak to Chase. Every time I was told he was not in and was passed off to Kim. She was apologetic and expressed that the only way this could be remedied is if I came back in person with the product. I continued to explain this is ridiculous and I shouldn’t hafta be so greatly inconvenienced to fix their mistake. Unfortunately, the manager never reached out like promised or was available when I called so sadly I’ll be shopping around.
I’m from GA. Catalyst has the coolest attendants. They just understand you. I like that. Easy transaction from entry to exit. Plenty free parking. Ronnie helped me understand they have EVERYTHING. Ronnie is the man! Had to stop and write a review because I can appreciate great customer service along with great 30%-40% discounts on a lot of top quality items. That’s a huge discount. They were smiling the whole time helping us. U can use your debit card. Highly recommend and I see why my brother labels this company as the preferred choice of all dispensaries. Ask for RONNIE!
