Excellent pricing! I got my first time customer deal. I went in and bought 2 edible packs. They have really good choices it was hard to pick which 2!! Amazing customer service by the bus tenders as well they were super sweet!

Incredibly horrible experience!! The salesperson was unknowledgeable and sold me a piece with a banger that was NOT heat proof when I specifically asked for one that was. The banger was filled with liquid and upon heating for a short few seconds it BLEW UP IN MY FACE leaving HOT GLASS and BOILING LIQUID all over my face and into my eyes (if I had not been wearing my glasses my eyes would have been cooked). They say they’re not responsible for the product but continue to sell this horrible cheap glass. This store also allows and perpetuates blatant RACISM. I had returned to the store to talk to a manager who offered a new set and a complete refund and while this was happening a man began to berate, makes physical threats as well as make racial remarks about me and my brother while the staff stood there and did nothing. When I asked the staff to do something about the customer, since we felt unsafe because of his remarks, they continued to sell him product before addressing me. Bud and Beyond does not care for their customer but cares much more about their sales even if it means misleading a customer and allowing racists to antagonize them. The security guard does absolutely nothing but stand in the corner and the shop DOES NOT ID upon entry. Below is the “dab rig” and banger they sold.
