Mikey went above and beyond! He must be one heck of a driver because I placed my order ahead of time and he happened to arrive a couple minutes before I did and was very cool about me not being there and still took care of me. S/O to Mikey man! 🫡 I’d give 10 stars if I could

When I say this is the best spot to come…it’s not an exaggeration. Many will try and replicate the same atmosphere; but if you want a personable experience that doesn’t just want to “seem” nice. Go here. They win me over everytime . Tyyyyy

Laura was out of control rude I can’t imagine a customer service employee speaking to a customer the way my wife and I were just talked to and keeping their job. We tried to complain to a manager but he’s so checked out he had a 5 minute conversation with me about gel caps where we mentioned the price several times and he didn’t let us know that the price we talked about was for something else, that is why we had the issue with Laura to begin with, but once we realized it was the wrong price we decided to get something different and I was talking to my wife about gummies and tablets and she interrupted us to tell us what we were talking about wasn’t correct and I’m like we’re not talking about gel caps anymore please stop assuming things and she got very rude instead of saying sorry my bad she got rude told us wow what great attitudes you have I’m sorry you’re confused and didn’t understand and sorry you’re impatient. My wife and I went to ask at check in if there are other managers bc we wanted to complain to someone who paid attention and the employee says who was rude to you was it Laura? We were like yes it was clearly you e had this complaint before she’s like yeah…so if I ran a business and my paying customers that spend about 100$ a month at my establishment are never coming back because of a rude employee I’d make an effort to make sure she didn’t have a chance to behave like that again. I am disabled and use cannabis for pain so I don’t need as many narcotic pain pills and the last thing I needed was to be treated badly by a staff member and lose access to this store but unless management reaches out to tell me they don’t condone that behavior and the employee has been appropriately disciplined I will not be back.

Awesome staff, delivered in an hour, even text when they were 5 minutes away. Never been to Long Beach before but they knew just how to take care of me. I will absolutely be back if I ever get to make the journey across country again.
