Got a broke cart and can’t even get a exchange L Kushagram not once the brand it was it’s wack now would not recommend all workers here very rude and get together to not answer a phone call once you get into with the 0out of 0

i ordered two carts from them and one of them came broken. i called customer service to see if i can get a replacement and the girl said that “i should’ve checked to see if it was broken when the driver gave it to me.” and they can’t give me a refund because of that. customer service was completely unhelpful and i had to call back two times when they said they would call me back.
Maybe if ppl tipped the dang drivers they’d follow your instructions. This is America we aren’t in your country no offense. We tip here and if you don’t we give you crap service. We take care of each other in America regardless of color our gender. If you can’t get with the program maybe find a new place to live. I order from them and I’ve never had problems but I tip and the drivers know it.
