Destinie was amazing. She went above to get me the best pre roll. I took one puff and instantly went "oh shit I think that one hit is all I need" and I couldn't be more grateful to your knowledgeable team member. 👀💨💨💨 Marquan was very helpful finding a tincture for my friend that has colon cancer. Placed an order 3 hours go by no communication I just go pick up at a different location driver pops up randomly 3hours after order was placed no delivery updates sent no drivers on their way message. somehow it’s my fault I’m not there for delivery 😂 i need “better communication” apparently. it’s on me to reach out and tell myself the delivery driver is on the way after 3 hours 🤣 cus I work there apparently. The mental gymnastics to make it my fault was impressive tho. go to the dtlb location they have better organization and everyone is super friendly.
